Points are score on accuracy. The points of course help to boost your ranking against other friends and pickrs. Prior to the game points can waged against opposing pickrs. 

How does Picktastic work?

First you need to Sign Up. You will see glassy-looking buttons floating about everywhere? That's how you pick games. Click on the team you think will win. There's no need to click submit or reload the page. Once the button gets a check mark and is highlighted with the team's color, then that's your pick. Click on the title or anywhere on the Picks/Comments/Wagers links to see how many people picked which sports world teams, post comments, or even make wagers. Come back after the game is over to see if you won. If you did, you score some points which help you out with your overall standing against other Pickrs. If you pick enough games correctly, you might find yourself on a leader board.
