In 2007, Phelps became the athlete winning the most World Championships ever, by setting individual world records and his 7 gold medals. </p><p>Phelps is moving on towards his goal.&nbsp; He won his first gold at the Beijing Olympics on Sunday morning in the 400 meter IM.
